The Tequesta Chili Cook-Off is a 21-and-older fundraising event supporting local veterans’ charities. Hosted annually at One Main Street in Tequesta, this volunteer-run cook-off raises money for organizations including Operation 300, Warriors Renewal Coalition, Southeast Florida Honor Flight, Tequesta Friends of Public Safety, and the Wounded Veterans Relief Fund. The event has donated nearly $1 million to date. Attendees can enjoy unlimited chili, beer, wine, and live entertainment with admission.
Tickets start at $30, increasing to $35 on event day, while VIP and Mug T-shirt packages include additional perks such as a collectors’ beer mug, event shirt, and access to an exclusive tent with upgraded food and drinks. Korean and WWII veterans attend free, and attendees can donate tickets for other veterans to join at no cost. The event enforces a strict 21+ policy with no pets, coolers, or large bags allowed. Parking is free on surrounding streets, with VIP parking available for an additional cost. All ticket sales are final, and proceeds directly benefit veterans and first responders throughout the Treasure Coast.
